The Lights Before Christmas – Swadlincote Christmas Light Switch On.
Celebrate the start of Christmas in Swadlincote with the festive Christmas Lights Switch-On and an evening full of entertainment on the Delph. Enjoy live music from the Rolls Royce Brass Band, rising young musicians Ashen, and upbeat festive rock from Dirty Bomb.
Around the town, roaming performers will light up the night with fun and festive acts including a sofa-driving Santa, dancing turkeys, and glowing angels, bringing sparkle and joy to the streets of Swad.
The fairground will return taking over the bus station car park and Midland Road Car park.
The event is taking place from 4pm – 7pm and the lights to be scheduled to be turned on at 6:30pm.
Everyone Active Announced as Main Sponsor for Lights Before Christmas Event
