ELECTORAL REGISTRATION

If you are not already registered to vote, the last day to register for this election, is Tuesday 14^th July 2026, applications must be received by 12 midnight. You can submit an application online here.

 

POSTAL VOTES

To vote by post at this election applications must be received by 5 pm on Wednesday, 15th July 2026. You can submit an application online here.

Postal votes cannot be amended or cancelled after this deadline has passed.

Postal packs are expected to be dispatched on Friday, 17^th July 2026.

 

PROXY VOTES

To vote by proxy at this election applications must be received by 5 pm on Wednesday, 22nd July 2026. You can submit an application online here.

Existing proxy votes cannot be amended or cancelled after 5 pm on Wednesday, 15th July 2026.

 

VOTER ID

If you are voting in person, at a polling station, you must bring photographic ID. If you do not have an appropriate form of ID you can apply for a Voter Authority Certificate.

Applications for a Vote Authority Certificate must be received by 5pm on Wednesday 22nd July 2026 for use at this election. You can submit an application online here.
