Compliments

We love to hear all about our success stories and how we have made a positive impact. If you have been really impressed with a particular officer or service you have received from us please let us know by emailing customer.experience@southderbyshire.gov.uk. We will then share this with the relevant team and officers involved.

Complaints

We can assure you that we take complaints very seriously and therefore ask that in the first instance you give us an opportunity to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible with the department that you are unhappy with.

Please email us at customer.experience@southderbyshire.gov.uk providing us with as much detail as possible about the service you are dissatisfied about. Our Customer Experience Team will then work with the relevant department to resolve this.

If however we can’t resolve your complaint quickly due to the complexity of the issue or if you are unhappy with our initial response, you can make a formal complaint.

Please use the link below to make a formal complaint.
