Council Tenancy Audits Notice
South Derbyshire District Council would like to remind all tenants that the Council has started its tenancy audits programme which will be conducted across all properties within the next 24 months.
Purpose of the Audit
These audits are being carried out to ensure that the Council maintains accurate and up-to-date records within our systems. Additionally, we will be inspecting the condition of your home to ensure it remains safe and well-maintained.
What You Can Expect
- You will receive prior notice before any inspection takes place.
- A Council representative will visit your property to verify tenancy details and inspect the condition of your home.
- The inspection will be quick, professional, and respectful of your privacy.
