A day specially made for our furry canine friends is set to entertain families with fun dog shows, games, live entertainment, a BBQ and a raffle and tombola.

The free event will also have representatives from local veterinary practices and pet stores on hand to offer expert advice on caring for animals.

There are hundreds of people who regularly enjoy walking their dogs and this is a chance for them to come together in the beautiful surroundings of Eureka Park, meet new people and enjoy themselves.

Money raised on the day will go to the RSPCA’s Burton and District branch.
