Hire of Parks & Open Spaces
South Derbyshire District Council welcomes enquiries from funfairs, circuses, business organisations, voluntary and charity groups who wish to use our parks or open spaces for their event.
If you are looking to use one of our sites for your event please complete our Hire of Open Spaces for Events - Enquiry Form (pdf, 278kb). The enquiry application form only asks for basic information about your event and the Council may require further detail, depending on the type and scale of the activity, prior to being able to make a decision on your request so please ensure that your form is submitted in plenty of time.
