Pay and allowances
As part of our commitment to being open and transparent, we publish a Pay Policy Statement.
Here you can find:
- the remuneration of senior employees
- the remuneration of lowest paid employees
- the relationships (pay multiple) between the highest and other employees
This ensures that our approach to pay is accessible for all and enables local people to take an informed view of whether our decisions are fair and make the best use of public funds.
All employers with a workforce of 250 or more must publish information on their gender pay gap (pdf, 66kb) every year, starting in 2018.
