Our top priorities for 2021-22 are:
- measuring and increasing tenant satisfaction with our services.
- improving our methods of communication with tenants.
- dealing more effectively with complaints.
Involvement in the service means that you, our customers, can let us have valuable feedback, which can lead to improved services. Recent consultation surveys that we have asked tenants to take part in include the Housing Customer Engagement Strategy, our Income Management Policy, our Repairs and Maintenance Policy - and we are currently consulting on the Housing Domestic Abuse Policy.
