Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling - Self Assessment

The Council assessed its complaints process against the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code and completed a self assessment which can be viewed here ^{(docx, 64kb)}.

The Council approved the Complaint Handling Self Assessment and considered the annual complaints handling and service improvement report at a meeting on 19 June 2025. The report can be viewed here ^{(pdf, 73kb)} and the response here ^{(docx, 102kb)}.
