Call Handling Statistics

On average we take ** calls every month. On this page we will regularly update you on how many calls we took the previous month, and our average call waiting times. 

✅ Top tip

Monday morning is our busiest time! This is when your enquiry can take a lot longer to deal with, as the sheer volume of calls means we can't get to you any quicker. If your call is not urgent, and can wait a day, or even a few hours, we advise you to avoid Monday mornings.
